Outlook 2011 for Mac not opening/freezing after running OnyX

After running all Maintenance, Rebuilding and Cleaning scripts with OnyX for Mac OS 10.6, Outlook 2011 for Mac no longer functions. The program launches but freezes without displaying emails. I have tried reinstalling Office 2011 from scratch, repairing/rebuilding the identity, removing the identity, installing with a new OS user, and also tried restoring Microsoft User Files to their state prior to the mishap using Time Machine. Has anyone encountered this error who knows who to resolve it?
